Sharing bathroom, newly-fitted kitchen/dining room.
South-facing, private garden. Parking on the road.
The house is professionally cleaned every other week and this is included in the rental cost.
A cat lives here too. She isn't allowed in the bedrooms but has free run of the rest of the house so you'll need to be comfortable with animals because she will befriend you!
Please note the room is either Monday to Friday or short term (1-3 months) if full time. Rent negotiable depending on agreement.
