Inexpensive double, nice house, lovely housemates.

We are easygoing, tidy professionals and looking to welcome another professional housemate.
Our bills come to just over £90 each per month, which includes gas, water, electricity, council tax, broadband etc.
Altogether it is a really inexpensive total for living in a great location!

The house is located 5 minutes from Didsbury Village, that has nice cafes, pubs and restaurants.

A private garden and easy area to park, with a possibility of off road parking.


We have a spacious kitchen with oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave and very large fridge freezer, lovely sitting room with modern gas fire and a downstairs toilet and washbasin. Upstairs we have the bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath.
The available room will be furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table with draws, a free standing wardrobe and attic space for storage.


We would like a person who is friendly, sociable and will hopefully become housemate, rather than just someone who rents the room.
