Hi there. I have for rent the top floor of my town house, situated in the new St James' Park development on Wilmslow Rd, Didsbury Village. This is a new build with all new appliances and furniture.

In addition to a large, furnished double bedroom, the tenant will have his or her own large shower room, as well as 15ft of south-west facing sun terrace!

Private parking is available - although both spaces are currently in use. For the right tenant, there could be some flexibility.

Cycle? An underground secure, gated cycle store is available for residents.

The location is unbeatable. It's peaceful and green - and is a short walk to rail, tram and bus stops. The Parrswood complex is nearby, as is Didsbury village and several parks.

All bills are included in the rent fee, and yes we do have high-speed fibre broadband!

So, about us: I'm George (33yrs), and I have one other lodger called Karl (32yrs). We are both young(ish) professionals in the Rail Transport and Tech Consultancy industries. We are pretty chilled guys - clean and tidy - non-smokers. We both like doing our own thing throughout the week, but we are equally happy socialising indoors in front of Netflix with a glass of something or other, or just disappearing out to the gym. We're also spontaneous, and will often head out for food and a drink on a school night if the mood takes.
