I have a furnished double room to rent in my home in Drolysden where I live with my son (8years old), Close to City Centre (20minutes on the bus) , Ethihad Stadium, Asda, Aldi, Iceland, Home Bargain, Subway, Greggs etc.... 5 minutes walk to the Drolysden market and tram stop to City Centre. Frequent 216, 231 & 217 buses to City Centre.
I am quite a busy lady, but I am friendly, easygoing and happy to share the place with pretty much anyone; student, professional, female or male. It will be your place as much as mine, so I am not the annoying look over your shoulder type of live in.
