Double room to rent

The house is in a quiet area, and the room is very quiet over looking canal. Shared kitchen and lounge in a clean and tidy house. Kitchen and bathroom are clean and modern. It’s a shared bathroom, but big, clean and tidy.

House is under a bit of renovation, but nothing major just slowly re-decorating a room at a time. It won’t affect your stay.

I have two friendly and clean house cats, who can be nosy, so you must love cats. They like a cuddle but do keep themselves to themselves most of the time though.

Parking available. Tram stop at the end of the road and 20 mins to Piccadilly in the city centre, and goes direct to media city or Eccles.

Available mon-fri or 7days a week.

Professionals only, 9-5 work hours ideal. I like chilled evenings and fun weekends; drinks/pub/Eating out/ binging Netflix with some wine. Feel free to ask any questions.
