My semi-detached house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, closely local cafés and restaurants within a 10 minutes walk to Droylsden centre.

A twenty minutes Tram/Bus journey to Piccadilly Manchester.
Cycling is possible to the center of Manchester by Canals.

I am looking for a lodger who is tidy and looks after the furniture in the house. With a common respect and tolerance for all housemates.

My home is a lovely environment and peaceful and quiet space to read or study a large living room space. With a large kitchen to cook if prefered.

All rooms have a double bed in each room that have a wardrobe and bed side draws. The room also a study table and comfortable chair.

The area has a close large garden with table and chairs to sit out in the nice weather. on the front of the property is two car parking spots for each lodger to keep their cars safe.
