Room is newly furnished with inbuilt wardrobes. Home is immaculate and fully modernised with spacious lounge and fitted dining kitchen. Very nice garden and outdoor area to sit and enjoy.
Good transport links (10 minute walk to metro link trams) and buses into Manchester city centre). Daisy nook nature reserve 15 mins walk. Gym, football stadium and cricket ground 5 mins walk away. Household facilities included (washing machine, iron, kitchen roll, toilet paper, fridge freezer, microwave and oven and hob. Parking spaces available. Road is on cul de sac so very safe to park. House kept clean and tidy.
Minimum stay 6 months or more(subject to checks and references). Ideally looking for someone easy going like myself male or female (female preferred) but must be clean and tidy and clean up after themselves. No pets or smokers (Vape is fine).
