Double bedroom in Queer house in Droylsden

Partly furnished double bedroom available in a cozy 2 bedroom house in Droylsden, MCR. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac and has UPVC double glazed windows, a large back garden with a wooded area, gas heating, a driveway for parking, one shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The landlord accepts benefits.

The house is a 10 min walk from trams and 5 min walk from buses into the city centre.

Occupant will be sharing with an Austistic, Transfeminine Anarchist who is clean, considerate, and social. I like to take my own space but prefer to share a home with people i can hang out with. I like for there to be a supportive vibe in the house. I am unemployed, so I spend a lot of time at home.

I'm an artist, I paint, draw, play guitar and make music, and I'd describe myself as easy going. Smokers are welcome - but smoking would have to be outside. Other queer applicants are strongly preferred. Pets negotiable :)
