Female preferred, XL Bedroom, All Bills Inclusive

Currently me and my sister are looking for a third housemate. Females only please. The room is extra large with lots of space, storage and a new king size bed. It has a private entrance, so you can feel relaxed to come and go, with the room feeling more private. There is a shared kitchen, dinning room and large 4 piece bathroom, with a little garden in the back. The room has been newly refurbished with a brand new luxury king size mattress and handmade velvet bed with under bed storage, brand new quality wardrobes and a new designer radiator. We also decorated the room with wall paper, mirror, frames and blackout curtains to create a homey atmosphere. There is a study desk, chair and arm chair too. All bills (i. e water, gas, electric, WiFi, council tax) are included within the price. We are 2 working Muslim females, (24 & 26) and would prefer another Muslim female or a female who won't bring alcohol or pork into the house. We don't mind whether your a student or professional. We're easy going, friendly and relaxed. Feel free to mix with us as much or as little as you like. Long term and short term let's considered. Message me for more info or to view the room.

There is always parking available on the road for anyone who has a car or the tram stop is around the corner (2/3mins walk) which takes you directly into Piccadilly, city centre. Bus are near by, as well as Fairfield train station 6/7mins walk and is a 4mins train journey to Piccadilly station. Professionals and students welcome.

The area has nice amenities with Iceland, B&M, Home Bargains Poundland a few mins walk away. There's a nice coffee shop around the corner which I like to go to, as well as places to pick up food (halal food too) close by. There is also a library, post office and a large Tesco around the corner too.
