Large double room available in a Victorian terrace on Fairfield Road in Droylsden. I can send more pictures if you would like!

Large room, tall ceilings, furnished or unfurnished whatever suits you best. Shared bathroom with separate bath and shower, new kitchen with range cooker, full size dishwasher and island seating, shared living room with the usual TV and record player. Plenty of work space if working from home. Small yard at the back and loads of on street parking at the front. The room has recently been plastered and decorated, along with the hallway, landing, and kitchen.

7 or 8 minute walk to Droylsden tram stop, and a further 20 minutes on the tram to Piccadilly. Buses run in front of the house pretty much 24/7.

I work in high-performance sport Mon-Thurs and usually spend most of my days/evenings out of the house. There are two cats that are the real bosses of the house, there is no expectation to look after them at all, but ideally someone who likes cats would be great!
