I'm looking for someone easy-going and respectful to share my home in a quiet residential area. I'm a laid-back, sociable person who enjoys good company, a pint now and then, watching films, cooking, and sharing a meal or a chat in the evenings.

About the Room:
This is the biggest room in the house – simple and cosy – furnished with a Super King bed, wardrobe, and a desk/table. It's perfect for someone who appreciates a calm and tidy space.

Shared Spaces Include: kitchen, living room with a TV, large garden that opens out to a golf course – great for relaxing outdoors

A Little About the Household:
This is a quiet, respectful home – no parties, please. I always welcome good conversation, shared meals, or watching TV together, but I also respect personal space and quiet time.

Important Notes:

Bills are included. However, during winter, if utility costs increase significantly, we might need to revisit contributions fairly.
Out of respect for personal and cultural reasons, cooking of beef or fish is not allowed in the house.(don’t mind takeaways )

Vegetarians or vegans will be prioritised.
