Hi! I have a furnished spare room available in my home.

I’m looking for someone who is very tidy, respectful, easy-going, and happy to treat the house like a home. You’ll have full access to all the household appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, oven, microwave... There are also plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and other kitchen essentials for you to use. It’s not a party house, so it would suit someone who also appreciates a calm and friendly environment. If you work from home, there’s a dining room that I rarely use, so you’re welcome to use it as your workspace. There is also on-street parking available outside the house.

I’m originally from Poland and I’m a gay man. Your sex, gender, or sexual orientation doesn’t matter to me—as long as you’re respectful, tolerant, and easy to get along with. I enjoy going to the gym, running, reading, hiking, and spending a quiet night in with a movie.
