The room for rent is a recently redecorated spacious double bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of storage space (2 double wardrobes, chest of drawers, 2 small cabinets and a desk). Happy to let the tenant add picture frames to the walls if staying for a longer term.

Shared bathroom (separate bath and shower), downstairs toilet, living, dining rooms and kitchen. Broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime (on main tv) included and free street parking outside the house. The house has recently been redecorated. Kitchen appliances include- dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a garden, shed and bbq.

The house is a 5 minute walk from East Didsbury tram stop, 10 mins to East Didsbury station, 10-15 minutes from the airport. Easy access to multiple bus routes, motorway and airport. Close to two Tesco’s and a small M&S. 10-15 min walk from Didsbury Village or tram journey to plenty of great restaurants and bars.

I’m a self employed artist / designer. I like cooking (I am vegetarian but have lived with plenty of meat eaters in the past), painting (I do have a studio to do this in), playing a bit of sport, dancing, video and board games amongst many other varied interests. My life is a mix of socialising and chilling out at home in the evening. Looking for an easy going housemate who has their own thing going but also happy to hang out in the evenings, have a meal together / go out for a drink etc. Two cuddly cats that love a snuggle in the evening also share the house. There’s a cat flap so they let themselves in and out. They’re both friendly, pretty lazy and always up for a treat.
