Double Room in Nice Didsbury Town House!

Clean modern double room on the first floor of a town house over looking the avenue (end of cul-de-sac). As a live-in Landlord, I occupy the back of the ground floor. The upper two floors have three bedrooms and a spare room for the occasional guests but is generally used as a drying room. There is also a new kitchen, new bathroom and living room on the first floor shared with other lodgers. All bills are covered which include: Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Broadband, TV licence and house insurance. There’s also CCTV, Fire and Burglar alarms, off road parking, an outdoor porch as well as an indoor porch for storing bicycles.
