Double room in large flat East Didsbury

My housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace him. The new tenancy would be a minimum of 6 months. The flat is fully furnished with everything you’d expect.

The flat is located a 5 minute walk from east Didsbury, 5 mins from west Didsbury tram stop and 10 mins walk to Burton Road. I find the location is brilliant with access to everything you’d need. There is a designated parking spot as well as extra visitor spots too.

You will get a large double bed room with main use of the main bathroom because I have an en suite. The flat has a large living room and kitchen area. Bills are approximately £135 month each.

I’m 29 working full time in Manchester. I sometimes work from home but mainly office based. I’m normally pretty busy during the week and tend to socialise on the weekends. I’m easy to get on with so looking for someone similar who doesn’t mind a beer everyone now and then.
