We have a three bedroom house with shared spacious kitchen/diner/living room area and back garden. Located in quiet safe area, a 10 minute walk from Didsbury Village (with lots of bars and restaurants) and East Didsbury tram/train stations and a two minute walk from Fletcher Moss Park.

Rent is £567, with approx. £150 for all bills. Bills include gas, electric, Wi-Fi, water, council tax (band C – around £67 each).

There is a spacious open-plan living space, with large conservatory windows that lead out onto the garden. There is a dining table, breakfast bar, arm chair, comfy three sofas. The kitchen has a large fridge, freezer, bean to cup coffee machine, juicer, and 5 hob oven.
Ground floor has a separate utility room, with side-door access (useful if you have bike). There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and a downstairs loo.

Three double bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs) and one single bedroom (upstairs). Your room will be the double bedroom upstairs overlooking the back garden. This comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side table, full-length mirror.

We are Jaymie (26) and Kelsey (26). We’ve lived in Manchester for 7 years, and have lived in this house for two years. We are both working professionals. As a house we like going out for food, binge-watching TV, pubs, walks, gig and having BBQ’s in the garden if it’s sunny. Also have a pottery wheel which you’re welcome to use!

We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful of shared spaces, will want to be friends with the rest of the house but also enjoys their own time. Due to the estate agents reference checks you’d need to be in full-time employment.
