Spacious Double Room in Sociable House Share

We have a lovely large room coming avaliable for the beginning of September. It’s got a window and a skylight so it’s nice and light, alongside a desk and plenty of storage.

We are a sociable house of 7, and it’s a male that’s leaving and we are looking for another male to keep the balance. We often go out to pubs together, have bbqs in the garden, and enjoy chilled movie nights in the gaff.

The house is situated in east didsbury, very accessible via train, tram, and bus. Just around the corner from big Tesco and a short walk away from didsbury village and its many pubs.

A few more important points:
- *you must have a UK home owner guarantor*
- we cannot take anyone with pets
- the earliest move in date is the 1st of September, no earlier
- it is a sociable house, so we’d love someone to join us who also enjoys having a little chat after work, cooking together, etc. :)
