We have a lovely double room coming avaliable for the beginning of December.
A little about the house: we are a very sociable household of 7. It’s a female that’s leaving and we are ideally looking for another female to keep the balance. We often go out to pubs together, have bbqs in the garden, roasts on Sundays and enjoy chilled movie nights in the gaff!!
The house is situated in east didsbury. It’s very accessible via train, tram, and bus. It’s just around the corner from big Tesco and a short walk away from didsbury village and its many pubs.
A few more important points:
- *you must have a UK home owner guarantor*
- we cannot take anyone with pets
- the earliest move in date is the 2nd of December, no earlier
- it is a sociable house, so we’d love someone to join us who also enjoys having chats and would be a friend, not just a housemate :)
