We are looking for a professional female to fill the room in our lovely home in East Didsbury/ parrs wood. We are currently a house of 3 friends who all have busy schedules working around Manchester, but enjoy a very relaxed atmosphere when together in the house, trying to cook, eat, chill out and go for a drink together when we can. We're looking for someone respectful, clean and easy going, but enjoys socialising too. The house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of space for four. While being fully furnished everywhere else, the room itself is currently missing a wardrobe or clothes rail and/or chest of drawers.
15/20 minute walk to east didsbury station (from there, 12 mins to Piccadilly station on the train)
20 minute walk into didsbury village
5 minute walk to Fletcher moss park
Bills come to roughly £100 each (council tax £46 - band c, internet/ water £20ish, electricity/ gas £30ish)
The lettings agent will require references and income evidence to allow you into the contract.
