Looking for a flatmate for East Didsbury Flat

Hi all!

My current flatmate is moving out on the 20-29th May to move in with their partner

Looking to fill the vacancy due to this apartment being a steal for it's location and square footage, plus I decorated the place so would like to stay!

The room is a double bedroom with bed and wardrobe included, one reserved car space but to be honest there's a lot of open space and I've never had issues when friends have parked here
the flat does have a shared space but it isn't too close quarters.
Tax Band: C
Elec Bills are typically £60pp
Broadband is like £10pp
Water is paid annually

About me: I'm 27 working as a Therapist, and work 2 days a week.
My personal interests are (now I feel like I'm on eharmony) Board games, Climbing, Rowing, Cycling and to be honest just a good debate! I have a passion for cooking and occasionally plan a menu to make for friends, Be up for it and you might see yourself invited to the weekly games night or whatever gets planned!
Recently got into painting and life drawing which is fun
I'm clean and enjoy maintaining the space but doesn't need to be perfect all the time, we're only human after all

Looking for a flatmate with similar interests and a positive attitude, emotional intelligence and respect are a bonus and can have a laugh!
