Spacious room in East Didsbury

Hi,

I am looking for a new house mate in my 3 bed house in East Didsbury. There are 2 double rooms and a 3rd room which I use as an office which has a pull out bed in. The room has plenty of storage in and there is a shared bathroom plus a downstairs toilet.

The downstairs is all open plan so it’s great for socialising. There’s a garden, driveway & additional on street parking. I have a hot tub for the summer months 🌞🥂

In terms of transport links, I am 10 mins walk away from 2 train stations and tram stops so easy to get into Manchester & only a short walk away from the centre of Didsbury.

Initially I would be looking at a 3 month contract and then rolling monthly.

I work from home so ideally looking for someone hybrid or office based so we aren’t too on top of each other. I also regularly look after dogs so be prepared to have a furry friend here. I do travel for work a few times a month and in my spare time like to travel around the world, see friends and go out for food & drinks.

Likely I will be away in March for the month so Youl have the place to yourself
