Hello! We are 3 friends (Sarah, George and Phil, all 29) looking for a 4th housemate as our other friend moves out at the end of Jan.
This would be a 6 month contract via our estate agents - with month rolling from May onwards inline with new renters laws.
Our house is huuge - a main living room, conservatory, smaller front living room, a big converted garage currently used as a gym/storage with table tennis and a pool table😅 we’ve also got a decent size garden, 1 drive parking space but lots of on street parking.
We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and someone who wants a home, rather than just a room! We’re not a party house and all work standard 9-5 hours so keep it chilled in the week but in the past we’ve hosted a couple of parties a year if we’re all keen for it.
The rent is £600 per month and the bills average to about £150 in the winter months inc gas and elec, water, WiFi, council tax and tv license. You would need to take responsibility for some of the bills.
The deposit is slightly more than the monthly rent but this will be confirmed by estate agents.
You’d be sharing a bathroom with just 1 person and also a shared dressing room / storage space with 1 person.
We’ve got a hard move in date of 28th January and would love to get the ball rolling with the estate agents and referencing etc quite quickly.
