Friendly Flatshare with own Bathroom in Didsbury

I’m Laura, 32, and I’m looking for a new flatmate for a lovely flat in East Didsbury.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (you’d have the larger bathroom), a shared living area, kitchen, and a small balcony. There’s also a parking space included — it’s currently rented out, but it would be yours if you have a car.

The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance: the cinema, Tesco, Didsbury Village, and the train station. It’s also perfectly situated for easy access to both the airport and the city centre.

A bit about me: I work at Radisson Hotels and am office-based five days a week. At weekends, I’m usually spending time with friends, going for long walks, or enjoying a chilled day with a good book. I’m ideally looking for a flatmate who’s similar and open to being friends as well as sharing a home.

Having lived in shared flats for several years, I like to keep the place clean and respectful of each other’s personal space — something I value too.
