Double room 2 bed apartment Parrs wood

Hey! I’m Dan and I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy for my current flatmate in mid September.

The room available comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers, it also has its own separate bathroom with a combined bath/shower.

The living room and kitchen are a large joint room with plenty of cupboards and counter space, a good sized fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There are 2 balcony’s attached to the living room, one of which faces sunrise. There are 2 small storage cupboards in the corridor, one of which houses a washing machine.

The room comes with a parking space at no extra charge directly outside the building, within the gated community. There’s also parking on the road just outside or at the tram stop / business park across the road if needed for visitors.

There’s a train station, multiple bus stops and a tram stop all within a 3 minute walk that can get you pretty much anywhere in Manchester. There’s a Tesco across the road and an Aldi just down the road in didsbury village. Also a gym across the road if that’s your thing and a Wetherspoons nearby too which is great for starting off a night out or hangover breakfast!

I’m hoping to find someone that I can become good friends with, going the gym, walks in nearby parks, bars or pubs for drinks, seeing movies together, etc together would be amazing! Being queer friendly is really important or we won’t be a fit I’m afraid. I’m a midwife so I work both day and night shifts, someone that can be considerate when I’m asleep during the day would be perfect, luckily I’m a heavy sleeper once I’m off :)
