One of our housemates is getting married this summer, so we are searching a new housemate to join our big, beautiful East Didsbury house! The room is available from mid June.

£280pcm

This room is cosy and super cheap for Didsbury! There is space for a double bed, and two chest of drawers. It comes unfurnished.

Deposit for the room is £300.
Bills are paid separately and are about £80 per month in total, this includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence, broadband and tv.

The house is a large semi-detached house with big communal living areas, front and back gardens and a garage. We have off-street parking for three cars and there is additional free parking on the street outside. We live in a quiet area, only a minute walk from Didsbury Park and five minutes walk from Towers Business Park, Didsbury Village, Parrswood Leisure Complex and East Didsbury Tesco. There is good access to bus routes (including the 142), East Didsbury train station (5 min walk), Didsbury Village tram stop (10 min walk) and major motorways.

We are aged between 31 and 34 and we all work in different sectors We also have a very friendly fluffy cat called Dotty, who is our 6th member of the house. It's a nice homely, environment and we all enjoy socialising in town or Didsbury but equally enjoy quiet nights in with either a bottle of wine, or a nice cup of tea! We try and hang out fairly regularly so are looking for someone who wants to join the house as a friend as well as a housemate!
