Available is a good sized and furnished double bedroom. The room is available for 1 week minimum so it is great for short visits.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which you will have for your sole use. The kitchen and living room will be shared.

There is allocated and street parking on this quiet street and the communal areas are cared for every fortnight.

The A34 is 2 minutes away, East Didsbury Tram station is across the road as are bus stops to Manchester City centre, Altrincham and Stockport. 5 minutes walk away is Parrswood Entertainment Centre and Didsbury Train station, with trains to Manchester City centre and Manchester Airport. Both destinations are 15 to 20 minutes away by train.

A little about me- I'm social but not much of a drinker. I'm tidy, respectful of privacy and have a positive, caring outlook on the world. It is important to me that I share this space with someone with similar understanding and values.
