One fully furnished double room available on the ground floor in a friendly, sociable house share.

This is currently an all female household and the housemates who are staying would prefer to continue to live with women only, so are likely to choose only to meet in person the women rather than any men who express an interest. Thank you for your understanding.

Viewings will take place weekday evenings, dates TBC depending on the housemates' availability. You'll meet the current housemates rather than me but can ask me anything you need by message.

The room:
Ground floor, dark wood effect flooring and furniture incl double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Space for a small desk in the bay window or one can be provided if required.

The house:
- 5 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- downstairs toilet
- shared kitchen and living area with patio doors onto the sun trap garden
- driveway and plenty of on street parking

Rent includes:
- all bills
- broadband
- cleaner (shared areas)
- gardener
- window cleaner

No smoking in the house please.

No agencies; no additional fees for anything.

We're not a huge landlord, we want to keep the house in good condition and we want you to be happy living there so all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and to a high standard (no quick fixes that cause more problems a few weeks later).

The house is in East Didsbury, handy for Didsbury centre and well connected - regular tram/train/bus into Manchester or out to the airport; M56, A34, M60 junctions very close by.
