The A34 is close to the house so if you're particularly sensitive to noise or will be home for most of the day (eg working from home) you might want to bear in mind that you will be able to notice the traffic. Some people will be bothered by it, others will not.

You'll have shared use of the kitchen and living room (both pictured); the bathroom is shared between three of the housemates only.

We're just 10 minutes up the road if anything needs fixing or replacing.
