The house is a large early 20th century semi detached with an original stained glass feature window overlooking the front garden, situated on a cul de sac off the A34 (Kingsway).

The A34 is close to the house so if you're particularly sensitive to noise or will be home for most of the day (eg working from home) you might want to bear in mind that you will be able to notice the traffic. Some people will be bothered by it, others will not.

You'll have shared use of the kitchen and living room (both pictured); the bathroom is shared between three of the housemates only.

We're just 10 minutes up the road if anything needs fixing or replacing.

Handy for driving/train/bus into town or access out to Cheadle Royal/Wilmslow etc. Close to M60, M56, East Didsbury train and metrolink.
