3 Bed Semi-Detached in East Didsbury Location

Hi,

I have a 3 bed house in Didsbury, Manchester. Currently the middle bedroom is let to a couple and the Master bedroom will be coming free at the end of July.

OK, so first about the house. It's a 3 bed furnished semi-detached which has been extended on a number of occasions. It has 2 really good sized double bed rooms and the 3rd smaller room comfortably fits a double bed and a desk - it's just a little thinner but longer than the others. The bathroom is really nicely decorated and has a jacuzzi bath and the most fantastic power shower. Downstairs is a front room, which is currently a cinema room with a 110" projector and screen. The kitchen has a range cooker, full height fridge, dishwasher and various small appliances. The back room looks over the kitchen with a breakfast bar and is extended into a glass end with huge pine extended table with 8-10 person setting and large doors opening onto the deck and the garden (with shed and pond). There's a utility room with beer fridge and beer pump! Washer, a dryer, freezer and downstairs loo. Parking, you can get 3 cars on the drive at a push, 2 comfortably. The neighbours are awesome! They are my best friends after being here 14 years. There is Fletcher Moss gardens and a huge park going down to the Mersey. Train station and metro station are 10 min walk, the 42 bus runs every other minute! And you are on the m-56 and close to Manchester Airport. And of course Didsbury Village is a 20 min walk (or 5 mins by Kingsway Taxi's that seem to arrive at my house inside about 3 mins!). My commute from my bed to my desk in town (including a shower and getting dressed) was 42 minutes! Finally, I've kitted the house out with a lot of technology, so lights and heating are controlled by your phone. Video doorbell rings thru to your phone and the front door lock operates off phones too. Oh and there's a huge bbq and a separate smoker if you like outdoor cooking.

I'll be looking to arrange viewings at the beginning of July. As I am currently abroad, I will try and get all viewings done over a weekend.
