Nice Double room East Didsbury

Hi there,
we have a nice, light, airy double room that has just become vacant.
The room, which is upstairs, at the front of the house, is fitted out with the usual bedroom furniture(IKEA double bed, IKEA drawers) wardrobe etc. good carpets and curtains and TV point)and has just been freshly decorated.
The room offered is in a modernised, period 1930s, traditional, 4 bed semidetached which is situated in the quiet residential area of East Didsbury. The house is fully alarmed and very secure.
At present there are 2 girls in the house + one vacancy. Jane has her room downstairs with her own ensuite and upstairs Barbara + the new tenant in the vacant room, sharing the family bathroom.
Jenna has just changed jobs and has left to move closer to her work hence the vacant room on offer. There is also a fourth, small single bedroom which is used as a guest bedroom/storage.
The house is beautifully decorated and very clean and homely. The lounge has TV with freeview, internet of course, retro leather 3 piece suite, a marble fire place with a living flame gasfire and gas central heating.
The kitchen has all mod cons. washer/dryer, hob, split level oven and grill, microwave and integrated fridge. There is also an additional freezer.
There are well maintained gardens to the front and rear with a gas BBQ, patio and table and chairs.
The house is situated close to the Parrswood leisure complex housing bowling, cinema, casino, Virgin sports and fitness, and many restaurants.
Transport links are via the metro, or railway at east didsbury train station(east didsbury direct to city centre or airport)and buses and by road easy access to the M60 and M56.
