Room in house available

Looking for for a housemate to share my house with me, plenty of available rooms on a quiet street in Eccles.

The house is a mid terrace Victorian property with lots of high ceilings and light. A small garden (that's slightly messy at present, but will be sorted soon!)

Inside there is washing facilities in the basement (washer, no dryer) a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, a choice of rooms and a kitchen/diner.

Furniture needs can be discussed, all are partially furnished with beds and a wardrobe. Extra furniture can be provided dependant on length of tenancy.

I have a cat, so you must be ok with pets.

Lots of connections in to the city center, train station is 5 minutes walk away and takes 10 minutes to picadilly of Victoria. There is also the tram 15 minutes walk away for connections in to media city.
