It’s just two minutes from the M602 too. Car parking space included.

The flat has two bedrooms that are both doubles AND (and here’s the big thing) you're basically renting a your own private flat with the living space and bathroom to yourself as I live with my partner in Cheshire. That means I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and trustworthy.

I’m open to short-term and flexible arrangements. So if you're someone who likes their own space or is in Manchester temporarily for work or other reasons, get in touch.

With regards to bills - happy to save on admin and keep in my name, the only thing would be if the gas/electricity usage went up loads as it's on a meter. There's space to store bicycles and house-trained animals are welcome.
