We are not traditional landlords- we offer a personal service to all of our tenants, and strive to bring together a community of like-minded people, who are looking to make new friends and settle in to their new home in the city. We would require 1 months rent and deposit at the time you get moved in to secure the room for the length of your contract. The deposit is registered with the TDS (tenancy deposit scheme) or DPS (Deposit Safety scheme) and returned to you at the end of your tenancy agreement.
