All the bills are included a washer dryer, iron and ironing board; and ample storage for bulky items. There is a cleaner every month for the communal areas.

We are not traditional landlords- we offer a personal service to all of our tenants, and strive to bring together a community of like-minded people, who are looking to make new friends and settle in to their new home in the city. We make sure everyone in the house knows each other, so you wont be bumping into strangers in the corridor, and provide a Whats app group so you know everyone.
