Hi,

I’m a 27 female professional who’s always lived in Manchester. I work locally Monday - Friday 9-5 and I’m quite sociable so I’m more than happy to hang out in the evenings, have a few drinks and watch Netflix etc. The house is quite a lot of space for just two people so would also suit someone who prefers a bit of time by themselves occasionally.

House is a 3 bedroom semi detached in a quiet cul de sac.
It’s newly renovated so is pretty white at the moment and I keep adding new bits every payday.
- The rooms waiting for a chest of drawers and bedside table (ordered and waiting for the delivery, then will upload new pictures).
- New kitchen and bathroom
- Large kitchen diner area
- Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer
- Downstairs toliet
- Large driveway (3 cars easily)
- Garden
- Third bedroom will remain unoccupied
- Large garage so you can store a bike etc.
- Open to a discussion about pets.

Close to transport links, bars (monton) and the hospital (not that I’d expect you’d need to go, just quite a few people work there haha). There’s also tonnes of buses that take you to town and the Trafford centre.

According to google maps the house is:
- 15 minutes drive into Manchester City centre or 30 minute tram
- 10 minutes walk to Ladywell metrolink
- 7 minutes walk to Eccles train station (17 minute journey into town)
- 18 minutes walk to monton road (tho it definitely feels quicker on the way back after a few pints)
- 11 minutes to Salford Royal Hospital
- 46 minute walk to the Trafford Centre, 9 minutes by car.
- 9 minutes drive to salford quays
