Double room in a newly built 3 story townhouse available to move into now

Garden and Patio, with brand new white goods, sofa, and tv, etc.

Furnished with a brand new double bed and new mattress, and drawers, there's 2 rooms to choose from, so whichever room is prefered.

I’m a laid-back guy and like an easy life, but I’m not a fan of mess and loud noises.

I work in Manchester City Centre Mon-Fri 8-5 PM and after work, I'm mainly in the gym or seeing friends.

As a person, I'm pretty laid back, and would probably get on with someone who is similar.

I have the top floor so you would have the middle floor
