Bedroom is fully furnished with; a double bed and orthopaedic mattress, two bedside tables, each with a lamp with integrated usb sockets, and 5 drawer chest of drawers. Duvet and 4 pillows included as well as two sets of bedding, room also has an aerial socket if have a TV.

Third bedroom is an office room as well which can be used for clothes storage if needed, as well as a guest room with it’s single bed.

Semi-open plan living room/Kitchen, with American style fridge freezer with ice machine, washing machine and dishwasher as well as many modern appliances.

Property has a nice garden with outdoor furniture for use when the weather permits, double washing line can be used as well.

All bills included, Smart home with Alexa and Hive heating. Amazon prime Tv, Netflix and Disney plus included.

Property is close to Monton and it’s nice bars and restaurants.

I work shifts for the NHS so need someone who will be respectful of sleeping patterns when on nights etc.

Would like someone I get along who is good company and has no problem with LGBT, quite sad that I have to put that in 2023. Generally I like to keep fit, like the outdoors, love to cook but don’t mind a good night in with some good tv.
