The number 100 (and other buses) stops outside the street, which will take you to Eccles town centre, Salford and Manchester city centre for just £2.

Patricroft train station is less than 5-minutes walk away and will take you to Oxford Road, Deansgate or Piccadilly in under 12-minutes (much quicker than the tram) or the Airport or Liverpool in the opposite direction. The Nearest tram stop is the Trafford Centre and will drop you off at the Imperial War museum side of MediaCity
