Dbl room with private bathroom. Female flat share

Hello, I am Elisa. I am looking for a person to share my flat with. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat, so you would have your own bathroom (with shower over bath) just in front of your room.

The flat is located between Eccles train station and Eccles Metrolink tram stop. There is also a bus station, so you can easily reach Manchester city centre, Media City, Salford University, the Trafford Centre and many other locations via public transport. Salford Royal hospital is only 20 minutes walking, or 12 minutes by bus. In the building there is a bike storage if you are used to cycle.
I am not in a rush to rent the room, I would much prefer to find a good match. I am not a bore, but l am not a party animal either, and I am looking for someone like me that works full time and when gets at home likes to relax. I am 43 years old, I spend most of my time outside, I like cooking (sometimes) and travelling. I like an occasional chat, or to share a meal, but I am also respectful of other people privacy. I like to keep the flat clean, and I would love to find someone like minded.
