I am a quiet guy from Lithuania, 45 years old, working in a warehouse.

This is a large furnished double bedroom (320x370cm) in Eccles
In the room is a single bed, a table, chairs and a large wardrobe. Optionally, you can add any furniture and remove existing (except for the big wardrobe).

The house has laminated floors, white walls.

In this house is a fast broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and separate fridge for my housemate.
No space for a bicycle inside.

All bills included.

Looking for someone who is tidy, clean and non-smoking.
