Hi, I am moving out of my current house share in December and I am looking for someone to replace me on my tenancy.

My tenancy is until February but I am looking to move out earlier due to finding somewhere else to live in December and you would sign a new contract for either 6-12 months

Double en-suite room available, top floor so away from the kitchen and other shared areas for some peace and quiet.

Bills included in the price of £630

In person / online viewings available

(Not including me) there is one male and 2 females in the property

Kitchen area with dining table (no living room)

Communal areas are cleaned every fortnight by the cleaner
