En-suite double room in monton from Feb 1st

Looking for a flat mate from 1st of Feb 2025, en suite room in Monton (£530 + bills) bills come to about £160-£170 in winter and £140 in summer. It’s a duplex apartment with a large living / dining space and open plan kitchen with free parking. On a gorgeous safe road in monton, 10 min walk from Monton high street with shops and restaurants and bars and also 5-10 minute walk from eccles train station which then gets you to deansgate in 7 min train for £2.

The room available is a large double with big windows letting in lots of natural light! It’s also en-suite. It comes with a big built in mirrored wardrobe so you would need to bring some other bits of furniture like bed and mattress etc. You would be sharing with me Zoe (27) and Rosh (29). We are both working professionals and enjoy girls nights, netflix and dinner after work, weekend brunches, dinners out, the odd vino or cocktail, weekend adventures and travelling. We both enjoy socialising together in the flat when we can but also can be quite busy and have our own things going on at weekends. We both work in healthcare meaning we sometimes work shifts so someone who could be respectful of that would be important 🫶🏻 We would love someone of similar age and vibe to join the apartment who also values homely chilled vibes and importantly is clean and tidy, especially in the kitchen 😂
