Large and quiet double bedroom en-suite

Hi, I am Candice, the live-in landlady looking for a friendly lodger.

The room:
It is a double bedroom with a king size bed (new firm mattress), a hanging rack, a cupboard with shelves, storage under the bed, bedside unit with a lamp. A desk has been added for hybrid workers but can be put back in storage if not needed. A TV with a chromecast can be added if you fancy one. It is en-suite with a shower/sink/toilet/mirror. Blinds and black-out curtains are hanging on the large window for a good night sleep. The furniture can be rearranged as needed.

The shared areas:
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing-machine, all to be shared. I tend to batch cook but you would still find me in the kitchen making cups of tea every hour of the day.
The living room has a couch that catches the afternoon sun and a dining table where you found me more often than on the couch.
There is a patio at the back with a garden and a summer house that can be used freely.
The driveway can hold 2 cars.

General house location:
The house is situated in cul-de-sac, in a quite family area. There is a nice park at the beginning of the street and Liddl is right around the corner. Some takeaways up the street and a pharmacy. There are some nice walk near by on the canal. Patricroft train station is at 0.6 miles. The M60/M602 exchange as well as the Trafford Centre are down the road.

About me:
I work from home so I am here pretty much all the time except when I am at the gym. I'm always happy to hang around with a cup of tea and chat. I'm active but live a quiet life. The neighbourhood is calm so if you are the type that likes big music parties, this is probably not for you. My partner and her dog come here every other weekend and sometimes during the week. You need to be ok with medium size dog with a hint of hyperactivities from 3 pm onwards. She will ignore you before 10 am tho.

The boring bits: Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. The room is single occupancy. The term length is flexible. Partial occupancy is acceptable.
