Replacement tenant

Im trying to get a flat with my partner and hence want move out of this room asap. My contract is 3 months and the contract started form 18th of August and is until November 18th which can be extended upon request to the landlord
Flatmaes are really friendly and helpful. Everything is organized and well maintained and any of your requirements are promptly sorted out by the landlord. Moreover all bills including gas, electricity, water, TV licesnce, Council Tax and every other bills are included along with a free car parking space for 3 cars behind the property. Furthermore, if you're using public transportation, the bus stop is right outside; there are plenty of shops outside and a Lidl and Tesco in 8 minutes walking distance.
