Furnished flat, Eccles, Manchester

Hi I'm Tim, a 34 year old professional living in this cosy flat in Eccles, Manchester.

Living here is great there is a lot to do nearby. You have chill factore, trafford park which is great for food and shopping, the trafford centre and there are nice canal side walks and pubs nearby (particularly in Monton). The bus will drop you back pretty much outside my flat which is ideal, and if you have a car there is ample street parking. There is an Aldi not too far which is always a bonus!

I am chilled, easy to get on with and looking for someone to occupy my newly decorated spare room from the start of 2026.

I am into walks, going to gym classes, watching live music, going out for food / drinks and I enjoy taking it steady by watching films etc etc.

I am tidy and clean, and looking for someone who is the same and respectful of the flat. You would have ample food storage and we can split the fridge/freezer space down the middle :)

The internet is Fibre to the premises so I have really good speeds, ideal for if you work from home or for just general streaming. I also have a projector which I'd be happy for you to use too for cinema nights.
