Newly decorated double room

I’m sure you’ve read plenty of these ads so I’ll keep it simple, I have a double room available from the start of December for a lodger. I have mentioned that a female lodger would be preferred as my currently lodger wants to transition to female and I’m just thinking this might be easier for her in the long run.
Bills are included and have decent WiFi. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Bus stops at end of the road unless you drive, on street parking and close to m60.
Trafford centre 8 min drive.
Room is not quite finished but will add pictures once it’s ready.
