Looking to rent out my house, situated on the boundary of to Eccles and Worsley. Close to the canal and all the lovely pubs and bars Worsley has to offer. Great links to M60 motorway and also easy access to head toward Manchester.

I’m working away on a long term contract so I’m looking for a couple or two flatmates to look after my home. The house has recently been refurbished with new bathroom and kitchen with the whole house being refurbished. New mattresses will also be ordered. House also has parking and small garden to the rear.

The move in date can be flexible, feel free to contact me with any questions. Ideally looking for a couple or two housemates who want a house for a long period who can look after my home. Pets maybe considered if small..

I’d like both rooms to be taken together at £1100. Bills included subject to fair usage terms. Employers reference and deposit required

Im offering a very spacious double bedroom with a large mirrored wardrobe, the other room is a single but i don’t mind if you want to change it into an office.
