I am looking to get a lodger or even a couple into my house, professionals if possible. I am a specialist nurse up in Salford so will be around if you need anything but otherwise I will be there occasionally - most of the time I will be away staying at my partners. There has been a dog in the house already and she may come back with me occasionally. Happy to discuss pets as I know it can be a nightmare to rent with them. Rent includes all bills and council tax. You will have the house to yourself for the majority of the time.
