The room is connected to the shared bathroom, and other spaces will be shared. I am looking to share my space with a female tenant who is clean and tidy. It would be great if you're open to having adventures outside the house, such as travelling and spending time outdoors. Please note that no guests are allowed, as we are both women, and maintaining each other's comfort should be our top priority. This property is suitable for professionals, and the rent is £540 per month, unless the landlord raises it. The bills are £200 each, which includes the council tax, water, gas, electricity and wifi. In total, it is £740 each per person. Also very close to the station and a lot of bus services around if you don't have your own car. However, if you own a car the parking is free.
