LGBT Friendly, looking for a female flatmate

LGBT friendly. I’m renting out my spare room located in a quiet cul de sac in Ellesmere Park in Eccles. The kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared spaces. The bedroom for let is furnished and the property is approximately 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station (12 minutes if you’re a fast walker like me!) Eccles tram line is a couple of minutes further away. There is permit only, on street parking and a pass will be given as part of the let. I’m in a top floor, 2 bed maisonette and I live here with my 2 outdoor cats (no litter tray kept inside). The household is smoke/vape free.

About me - I’m a professional, I work in finance. I’m in the office 4 days a week and tend to work from home on Fridays. I like to socialise but I also enjoy my downtime. The flat is peaceful, it’s rare that I have guests over. Instead I’ll meet up with friends in social spaces for food, drinks, walks, catch ups. I play tag rugby twice a week to keep fit. I’m tidy and I would suit living with someone who is the same. I love plants, gardening, reading and I love a good Netflix series
