This room is basically a double room with a single bed. It comes with wardrobe, bed side cabinet and a desk with chair.

Double Room to Come £100PW

I am finishing off a double room, if you would prefer that to the single room it is only £10 more per week. I only intend to rent out one of the rooms.

Walking distance to Monton High street, the house is situated in Winton between Monton and Worsley. Lovely walks and bike rides on the doorstep next tobthe canal and Worsley Woods. Easy access to city centre via the number 34 and 33 bus routes. Very close to Trafford Centre also.

Living room has Netflix.

Wifi internet will be provided.

The upstairs bathroom includes shower and is to a nice standard.

There will be adequate space to park a car on the driveway if you need it and also a shed in the back if you have a bicycle.

Kitchen

Currently awaiting brand new cooker and new flooring.

The kitchen will also provide fridge, microwave, kettle etc etc and you will have your own cupboard space. Please await video of house to see extra areas.

I am a friendly easy going but busy professional who keeps a clean and tidy house. It is important that only professional persons who respect a busy lifestyle and a trusting landlord apply, I would also be happy to share with students in their final year of degree.

I regularly have to work away sometimes a few week nights each week and spend every other weekend in wales, therefore the person who rents the room must be trusted to take care of the property when I am not there, I am happy for suitable guests to come and visit as long as things are looked after and the neighbours are not disturbed, I have really nice neighbours.

I enjoy keeping fit, watching movies and sports and am interested in computer technology and various other related things.
